Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to this journal undergo a rigorous peer review process to ensure the quality of published papers. The stages are as follows:

  1. Submission Screening

    • The editorial team checks the manuscript for scope, format compliance, and plagiarism (using Turnitin, maximum 30%).

    • Manuscripts that do not meet the basic requirements will be returned to the authors.

  2. Editor Assignment

    • Suitable manuscripts are assigned to an editor who will handle the review process.

  3. Peer Review

    • The journal applies a double-blind review process, where both authors and reviewers remain anonymous.

    • At least two independent reviewers review each manuscript based on originality, methodology, clarity, and contribution to the field.

  4. Review Decision

    • Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the editor will decide whether the manuscript is:

      • Accepted as is

      • Accepted with minor revisions

      • Accepted with major revisions (resubmission required)

      • Rejected

  5. Revision and Resubmission

    • Authors are given a certain period to revise their manuscript according to reviewers’ comments and must provide a revision report.

  6. Final Decision

    • The editor evaluates the revised manuscript. If necessary, it may be sent for another round of review.

    • The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision (accept or reject).

  7. Copyediting and Proofreading

    • Accepted manuscripts undergo language editing, formatting, and final proofreading before publication.

  8. Publication

    • The final version is published online on the journal’s website and assigned a DOI.
